On December 16, 2009, through the Chengdu Union Sun Star River Real Estate Co., Ltd., the Group acquired 608,754 acres of land in Chengdu’s primary thoroughfare, the Renmin South Road. The land is current under development as the TFC large-scale, high-end urban complex with total investment of over RMB 6 billion.
The group has a land reserve of nearly 2.7 square kilometers and is still actively looking for investment opportunities.
"Hengfeng Shi Jia" is located at the southern end of the intersection of Weier Road and Biwa Road in Dachang District. The project is bordered by Weier Road in the west, a lively dining street in the north, and the newly built dormitory of Nanjing Poly Technic Institute to the northwest. The project spans an area of 116,853 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 159,733 square meters, of which the total residential construction area is 120,368 square meters, the commercial construction area is 31,475 square meters, and the plot ratio is 1:33; the greening rate is 35%, and the number of residential households numbers 1,158. The project is developed in three phases, with the main unit area at 85-100 square meters. The project was developed by the Nanjing Hengfeng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and completed in 2011 dedicated to creating an expansive, garden-style living community in the Dachang area.
