Union Sun International Group was founded in Hong Kong in April 1995 by the Liu family, the group’s primary shareholder. Established as a shipping and transportation business, it has evolved over the decades to include the operation of terminals and warehouses, logistics, international transportation agencies, wholesale businesses, real estate development, energy development, investment, finance, cemetery development and other services, across Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China, Singapore, Australia, Europe and North America. The group has grown to over 1,000 employees, employed by various companies under the group’s umbrella.

In recent years, the group has established its base in mainland China and has invested approximately RMB 10 billion in domestic projects.
